The nanotubes, according to the UL standard, are electrically conductive at the two ends of the G13 lamp holder. The other end of the G13 lamp holder should have a current less than 5 mA.. January 26, 2018, and the end of February 3, 2018 produce total of each model affected (35640) the lamps are not constructed per safety requirements.

Warning during installation and re-lamping , there is a potential shock hazard if contacting the lamp ends if power is not disconnected.
